Shipping/Returns Policy

The Red Mare is happy to ship worldwide. Flat rate shipping does not apply to international purchases. Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so with no charge prior to your order entering the shipping queue. You must contact The Red Mare to determine your order status. Any order cancelled after it has entered the shipping queue will be shipped and charged accordingly, and will be subject to our Returns Policy.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must first contact The Red Mare to receive a return authorization and return instructions. No credits or exchanges will be processed without prior authorization.

Defective Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange. All other items may be returned, in new condition, with all tags intact, for exchange or store credit, less shipping costs.

Items will be inspected upon return, and items which are a) not found to be defective or b) not in new condition will be assessed a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will not be applied to any exchange or store credit.
